Well detailed movements

Mike G does a great job not only explaining workouts & movements, but also the purpose for them as well. This app is truly a wealth of knowledge for any basketball athlete, regardless of the level they’re on. I highly recommend young athletes use this!

No brainer

As a pro athlete, for me this was a no brainer. The weight room is a place where I know I need to be, but I struggle knowing what to do in there and making my own workouts in the weight room. Unbelievably Valuable

I am a 32 year old shooting coach, so my days tend to be demanding on my body. I was bogged down with constant low back pain and feet/ankle probs dating back to my playing days. I’ve been using Mike’s app for over a year now, and I am moving and FEELING better than I EVER have. The workouts are simple and his instruction is elite. Great app highly recommend

I have been doing these programs for roughly 3months and most importantly my knee pain has complete gone away. For those who struggle with everyday knee pain/tendinitis nothing has work better for me than doings these programs. It allowed me to get back to feeling like myself again, But also my strength, explosion and mobility all had a significant increase from what they were in previous seasons even some personal best The best thing about this app is that its easy to navigate and find exactly what your trying to target but also live examples of the shape you are looking for and equipment you will need for every exercise. Body feels great!

I work out 5 to 6 days a week and play golf so after a week, my body usually feels pretty sore and wrecked. I asked a friend from my gym about some of the exercises I would see him do and he turned me on to this app. I’ve had it for two weeks now and have done several of the loaded mobility days. What a difference in my stability, balance, and performance! After yesterday’s round, I felt like I could play 18 more holes when usually I feel like I need to lay down for a day.
