Great exercise programming for basketball

This is by far my favorite fitness program I’ve tried for hoopers. Mike G is a great and knowledgeable trainer. I’ve been able to manage major knee and foot injuries using GBG.

Best training app on the planet, Coach Mike G provides great detail on each exercise along with structured programming and progressions for anyone looking to improve their training, performance, or just feel better. Best workout program for Hoopers and athletes in general

My biggest regret was not starting this program sooner. After years and years of traditional Olympic style lifting, I realized that there’s so many parts of my body that have been neglected. I’ve enjoyed targeting areas of focus for myself that directly translate to sport. A lot of these workouts also support injury prevention, rehab, and recovery. Honored to train with the best. Best Basketball Training App

An app that does it all. I felt amazing the next day after doing these workouts. I feel more flexible and loose(pause). I also learned new things about explosiveness and strength. I highly recommend this app

Well thought out workout program

I had 3 months of training with the GBG Hoops during the off season last year, and it was great to build strength under sports specific conditions. Now I feel comfortable getting low when driving to the basket. Also those ISOs will help you build healthy knees.
